The Fund — Canyon Agassi

We are positioned to build over $500 million of learning and environmentally friendly educational facilities over the next few years. The Fund aims to develop 80 to 100 campuses for the nation’s best charter schools and up to 40,000 to 50,000 students over the next 4 to 5 years.

The economic advantages of partnering with Canyon-Agassi are significant.

Canyon-Agassi provides facilities specialists nationwide, alleviating the need for Charter School Management Organizations (CMOs) to add headcount and/or contract with vendors and consultants.
Canyon-Agassi provides 100% of the project costs.
CMOs are able to scale rent payments as they ramp enrollment, enabling for better cash flow management during expansion years and avoiding the need to raise project equity.
CMOs also experience a great deal of cost savings over the long-term - by taking advantage of the opportunity to purchase their campus at maturity, CMOs are optimally positioned to lock in competitive long-term financing at the lowest possible interest rates.
Canyon-Agassi will bridge the CMO until the school is fully enrolled and mature, mitigating financial strain during the CMO's key expansion years.
